Ordering From Crystal Carat
- For bespoke items, a 50% Deposit is required on order (smaller items) and 50% upon completion.
- Payment in full at the time of order is also accepted.
- Payment in full is required for our standard products.
- Payment is accepted via Paypal or Credit/Debit card.
- A small pack of spare crystals will be provided with all orders including a leaflet explaining how to reaffix crystals in the unfortunate event a stone becomes loose or missing.
- A care instruction sheet will also be included with all orders, you can read this here.
